Are You a Carpet Cleaning or Restoration Company?
If so, we offer discounted trade pricing especially for you. Most of our trade partners come to us for rug cleaning, but we offer a great deal more besides - do ask us about our custom-cut rug pads, monthly storage plans, fibre protector, moth protection treatments, and rug wrapping.
We're always happy to take on the trickier jobs - rugs damaged by flood, fire, or pets. While we want to save every rug we can from the skip, there are occasionally cases of damage so severe that replacement really is the sensible option. Once we've inspected the rug in person, we'll always give you our honest opinion and talk through the options with you. We'd ask that you set realistic expectations with your own clients regarding the likely end result. As a general guide, we typically need the rug for around two weeks, so do bear that in mind when quoting a turnaround time.
We're Here to Help
We're always happy to arrange a tour of our facility, or a meeting with our team, so we can build a strong working relationship with you and your staff who'll be dropping rugs off with us.
If you're bringing us large or heavily soiled rugs, or rugs that are wet from a flood, please do call ahead to give us a heads-up. We'll make room and dry them out properly, to help minimise the risk of colour bleeding, mould, mildew, odours, and permanent fibre damage or pile distortion.
Trade Pricing
We offer discounted trade rates on in-plant rug cleaning, adjusted where needed for things like pet urine, shag pile, viscose or rayon, fringe, and pre-existing dye bleed. Antique pieces, sheepskin, cowhide, needlepoints, wall-hanging tapestries and real silk pieces may fall under our specialist rug pricing.
If you need a price estimate while out on a job, simply send us photos and exact measurements of each rug, along with the reason for cleaning - pet damage, moth damage, flood or fire, for example - and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with a ballpark figure. We can confirm an exact quote once we've inspected the rug in person.
Please do make sure you're charging appropriately on your end too, including your own time for collection, drying out, delivery and any furniture moving involved. Get in touch any time if you'd like advice on pricing, or help liaising with insurers.
A Few Tips
Good communication with your customer goes a long way. It's entirely up to you whether you tell them their rug is coming to us - but do set realistic expectations on the likely outcome and how long they'll be without their rug. Provide a full quote once you have one, including furniture moving, storage, drying out (if wet), and collection or delivery.
If a customer has a technical question your team isn't sure of, it's perfectly fine to say you'll come back to them once you've checked with us. If rugs are too large for you to transport yourself, we may be able to help with collection and delivery, or your client may prefer to arrange professional movers.
To avoid damage, never fold a rug - always roll it carefully, and not too tightly. If a rug is damp or wet and you're drying it yourselves, dry it quickly and lay it flat to prevent creasing. If you're concerned about dye bleed or crocking, roll the rug with a cloth or tarpaulin on top so colour doesn't transfer elsewhere on the rug.
Feel free to call us any time - we're always happy to help.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to clean a rug?
It depends on the type and size of the rug. Send us a message with the rug dimensions and a short description or a picture and we’ll give you a quote straight away.
How long does it take to clean a rug?
We usually allow 10-14 days for the rugs to be returned.
How to clean a rug at home?
We do not recommend DIY rug cleaning. If the colours are unstable they will run – usually the reds and the blues migrate into the light surrounding fibres. Rugs made from natural fibres also need to be dried very quickly. We use a centrifuge to extract the water and have a climate controlled drying room to dry all rugs within an optimal timeframe which cannot be done at home.
My rug fringes and edges are frying . Can you repair them ?
Yes, We can certainly fix them.
