We want to thank Daren and team for a job well done. They were very punctual on collecting and delivering the carpet.Our Wool Gabbeh rug was cleaned at their facility. The rug was power vacuumed, pet stains and marks were treated, cleaned, dried, sanitised, deodorised and finally scotchgarded.The carpet looks brand new! It hasn't felt so clean and soft under foot in a very long time. Thank you again. We very highly recommend your services.

Very easy to interact with this company. Fast response time to queries and good communication throughout. I had a large thick wool rug to be cleaned. It now looks bright again after washing and removal of layers of muddy dog and human footprints. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and reliable. Cleans rugs of all kinds, including Silk, Persian, Oriental and Wool. All very well cleaned, sanitised and deodorised. Can deal very effectively with pet urine accidents, coffee and red wine stains. Have seen these rugs returned looking and smelling great. It really is an Absolutely Fabulous service. Highly recommend.

Great service that removes the rug, and returns It clean and bone dry! I live in a drafty old house so cleaning & drying in situ isn’t the best as something this heavy will likely mildew. Plus the newly adopted pooch peed on it - even more reason why this solution was ideal. 🐕

Darren and crew certainly provide an absolute fabulous customer experience from phone call to completion. Quick response to phone call followed up by a visit the same day to a quotation the next.
