National Carpet Cleaners Association
The NCCA was established in 1968 and is the only independent UK trade body dedicated to the cleaning of carpets, upholstery, curtains and other soft furnishings. It is recognised by government, media, industry and commerce as the authoritative source of accreditation & information.
Its principal objective is the establishment and maintenance of minimum standards within the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry, with the dual aim of safeguarding the reputation of the industry and protecting its customers.

WoolSafe Certified Operator
The British Wool Marketing Board suggests you entrust any wool carpet cleaning to a WoolSafe accredited carpet cleaning company. These companies are fully trained, have a reputation for top quality service and use only WoolSafe approved cleaning agents on your wool carpets and rugs.
The Woolsafe accreditation programme aims to be the best and all certified operators are fully trained in all carpet cleaning techniques and specifically in wool carpet and rug cleaning and maintenance. Members must have been in business continuously for a period of at least 5 years and are members of a recognised professional or trade association related to the cleaning industry.
We highly recommend if you are looking for a supplier to entrust the cleaning of your carpets and soft furnishings you ensure they are certified by at least two of the above organisations.
