Your Rugs Deserve Expert Care

Our Journey

The Story Behind Our Passion

Rugs do so much more than cover a floor; they bring warmth, history, and a sense of comfort into our homes. It was this appreciation that inspired us to start our rug cleaning business. We realised that the industry was filled with "one-size-fits-all" cleaning methods that were doing more harm than good to precious Oriental, Persian, and custom hand-knotted rugs.

We set out to change that by treating rug care as a craft. We invested years into mastering fiber identification, dye stability, and certified cleaning techniques.

What began as a small, passionate setup in 1989, has grown into a trusted service for owners of premium rugs, interior designers and insurance companies. Yet, despite our growth, our core values remain unchanged. Every rug that enters our facility is inspected and washed with the same meticulous care as if it were our own. Your trust in us and your delight in the end result, is the most rewarding part of our work.
