How does the rug cleaning service work?
After your first point of contact with us, we will be able to visit your premise and give you a specific quote for following a pre-clean survey. From there, we can arrange a time to collect your rug, before taking it on to our premises where the cleaning process can begin.
Once the rug is clean and dry, we will be in touch with you to inform you that we are ready to drop it off. Your rug will be returned back to your property, unpacked and repositioned in a room of your choice. If you’d prefer to unpack it yourself at a later date or leave it packed for storage, that’s fine. We will do whatever is most convenient for you.`

The step by step rug cleaning process includes colour fastness testing, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, specialist stain/odour removal, rinsing, conditioning, drying, pile grooming, hand finishing and packing.
